Organic highland SHB coffee from Western Guatemala
Café Sati Guatemala Bio coffee beans are grown in the highlands of Western Guatemala at an altitude of more than 1,600 meters above sea level. Due to the high altitude and thinner air, the coffee cherries ripen more slowly, resulting in exceptionally dense and hard beans – a hallmark of the prestigious Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) quality category. The coffee is certified organic and carries the Fairtrade label.
Traditionally cultivated Typica and Bourbon Arabica varieties create a balanced, rich flavor profile (intensity 7/10). Each sip reveals classic notes of warm chocolate and roasted hazelnuts, elegantly complemented by a pleasant, refreshing acidity and a long, harmonious finish.
