Select Brazilian Arabica from the Minas Gerais region
Café Sati Brazil Seleção Alfenas coffee beans originate from the surroundings of Alfenas in the state of Minas Gerais – one of the most prestigious coffee-growing regions in Brazil. The coffee is grown at an altitude of 700–1,300 meters above sea level, where fertile soil and a favorable climate help mature the exceptional character of the Mundo Novo and Catuai beans.
This coffee is processed using the traditional dry (Natural) method – coffee cherries are dried with their pulp intact in direct sunlight. This process provides the beverage with additional natural sweetness, a richer rounded body (intensity 8/10), and an exceptionally smooth aftertaste. Classic toasted nut notes dominate the flavor profile.
